With a passion for driving user engagement and commercial revenue growth, Jubin's main focus is implementing surgical code changes in C++ to achieve performance improvementPrior to his current role, Jubin served as a Senior Engineering Manager leading Instagram's product performance organization, where he spearheaded the adoption of an app-wide Product Excellence program, resulting in significant changes to the app using performance and reliability as levers to drive the the largest user engagement.Before joining Instagram, Jubin held a position at Bloomberg, where he led the Enterprise Console team.Jubin holds an M.Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. During the pandemic, his running habit got out of hand and he has pushed his two toddlers on a stroller for more than 12,000 miles in New York's Central Park, where he resides. Additionally, Jubin finds great fulfillment in guiding runs with disabled athletes when he's not occupied with improving code performance.
